Carbon Steel Fish Spatula

A flexible and ergonomic kitchen tool, this handcrafted fish spatula is ideal for turning even the most delicate filets.

Its heat-treated high carbon steel blade is a thin 0.032” (0.8mm), tapering towards the tip from a subtle curve. Two brass rivets secure the blade to the carbon steel. Because the handle, like the blade, is carbon steel, it will rust if not dried well after each use. When cared for properly, this spatula will last generations.

Like the entire Nordquist Designs line, this spatula is of truly heirloom quality. Handcrafted in the British Columbia’s Okanagan Valley from locally-sourced materials, these kitchen tools are made to last.
