Carbon Offset Spatula
This handcrafted carbon steel offset spatula excels at both baking and cooking tasks. Its thin 0.6mm blade is flexible and effortlessly slides under anything from fried eggs to light proteins. The flexible 1095 spring steel has been brushed and etched to resist tarnish. The strong and rigid handle is handcrafted using mild steel that will enable the user to flex the blade under almost anything. A pair of brass rivets are used to permanently fix the handle to the blade.
