Forged Carbon Fibre Stainless Damascus Steel Harpoon Point Chef's Knife

This harpoon point chef is handcrafted from stainless damascus steel and hardened to 62 Rockwell C. 

Its handle is crafted from forged carbon fibre with a G10 spacer. The blade has been hand rubbed to a satin finish and etched for contrast.

Includes a handcrafted leather saya.
